Payment is by credit card – Visa – Mastercard – AMEX or bank transfer.
If funding is being sought through your institution, please keep a copy of your registration tax invoice/receipt to follow up on its progress through your institute’s accounts department.
No registration fees are to be outstanding following the Symposium.
All registrations will be acknowledged with a tax invoice via email once on-line registration has been completed.
Further details regarding the Symposium will be emailed in advance of the Symposium.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations received prior to 1 November will receive a full refund less AUD175 cancellation fee.
Registration refunds after 31 October will only be made in exceptional circumstances and must be notified in writing to the Symposium Secretariat.
In the event of the Symposium being cancelled, all registrations will be refunded in full.

Welcome Reception ICC – a great opportunity to renew friendships and meet colleagues in a relaxed environment.
Evening otherwise at leisure Reception is included in registration fee for fully registered delegates.
Friday 1 December 7:30 – 11:00pm
Symposium Dinner – Taronga Zoo Function Centre, another wonderful Sydney Harbour iconic venue with spectacular views. The Symposium Dinner for fully registered delegates is not included in the registration fee and can be booked when registering.
Cost: $85 per person
Bookings for either the Sofitel Sydney Darling Harbour or Novotel Sydney Square can be booked via the link on the registration site. Credit card details will be required to guarantee the booking. For other hotels, bookings can be made via www.booking.com.
All best endeavours will be made to present the program as displayed on this website. The Symposium Convenor and Secretariat reserve the right to alter, without prior notice, any of the program arrangements, plans or other items relating to the Symposium, for any cause beyond its reasonable control.
The Organising Committee/Conference Organisers are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused as a result of such alteration. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Organising Committee and the Conference Organisers do not accept responsibility for the loss of monies caused by delays. Participants are advised to take out personal travel insurance and to extend their policy to cover personal possessions. The Symposium does not cover individuals against theft or damage to belongings.
Visas – For delegates travelling from overseas, please check your visa, passport and health requirements before your intended date of travel. You must have a minimum of two blank pages in your passport and six month validity until the expiration date. It is important to check with the Australian Embassy website in your home city or visit https://www.australia.com/en/facts-and-planning/visa-and-customs/australia-visa-and-entry-requirements in view of changes to Visas.
