Welcome to the FUTURE of VASCULAR EDUCATION

VERVE 2024 will mark the 11th Symposium. What a pleasure it has been to have contributed to vascular education within the region since 2013. We have been delighted to watch VERVE continue to grow and evolve over that time with delegate numbers ranging from 150 in the first year to over 500 at its peak. We are hopeful to see these numbers grow even more into the future.

That future sees us committed to bringing you vascular education of the highest standard. Our goal has always been to gather a multidisciplinary group of vascular specialists from around Australia, New Zealand, Asia Pacific and the globe to engage in a truly exciting and unique educational format. With our mission to become the premier educator in the field of vascular disease prevention and cure by maintaining scientific integrity, promoting research and advancing the field with a spirit of collegiality and inclusion..

We are looking forward to a bright and optimistic 2024, where we hope to deliver a fresh focus on latest advances and techniques in vascular and endovascular intervention with a packed program that includes quick-fire, practical content, debates, case presentations, live and recorded cases, as well as plenty of discussion by experts-in-the-field, some of whom have been part of the VERVE family for many years.

As always, we plan to welcome health care workers from all disciplines, vascular specialists, trainees, nurses, sonographers and researchers working in the vascular field. By mid-July, information on the Preliminary Program, Call for Abstracts, and Registration Information will be available. You will be advised when this is posted on the website.

Submitting an abstract and having it accepted for oral presentation provides the opportunity to participate from the podium and panel with some of the world’s leading experts. A prize will be given for the best presentation. Posters will also be part of the program with each year seeing a growing number of submissions. Our advice is to start planning now by thinking of an abstract topic. It offers you the opportunity to participate side-by-side with some of the world’s leading experts.
